The International Film Festival!

Today at 9:00 Kauri team went to the NZ International film festival to learn and how to make films and to watch short and entertaining videos for all corners

of the world. There were 14 shorts to watch and one of my 

favourite one was about a tadpole

that couldn't grow legs or arms and here and his friends would tease him for 
not looking like the others and here

it is.

This morning room 24 went to the hall to learn about some native birds and extinct animals

and I learnt some facts like that a possum had been deported from europeans

to make coats out of their fur and it was probably the most interesting fact that I learnt cause I didn't know that. Here are some pictures

Doing questions about heroes

1. A hero is some the is confident to stand up for them self and has courage to inspire people to like them.
2.  The difference of a hero and a idol is that a idol is a god
3. Something makes someone a hero is there take care, there kind, brave, confident.

Yesterday room 24 did some Word art about everyday heroes, Word art is where you can upload a picture in to the platform and you can visualize what you have created and the picture that you choose will turn into words that you want and here is my one

My Everyday hero

This week my class had to do tasks about everyday heroes

and my hero is Spoodle. Spoodle is a really funny Youtuber and he makes really funny edits 

on his videos and he is passionate 

Spoodle is my hero cause has inspired me to do 

some Youtube videos and I would describe Spoodle Funny and Kind 

I admire Spoodle of his videos and his edits 

One I can be like my hero is to be kind to everyone and to care .
